Tropical Rivers and Coastal Knowledge Research Program
In 2007, TRaCK was established as a research hub under the
Commonwealth Environment Research Facilities Programme - the
Australian Government’s commitment to world-class public good
environmental research. Several exciting new research opportunities
are now available as part of the Tropical Rivers and Coastal
Knowledge (TRaCK) Research Program www.track.gov.au

These three positions will play an active role in several
projects within TRaCK's Food Webs and Biodiversity Theme,
particularly projects aimed at developing a better understanding
of:
- food web interactions (particularly involving fish and
invertebrates),
- food web subsidies (between rivers, riparian zones or
floodplains) and,
- flow ecology relationships (particularly for fish or ecosystem
processes).

Australia. The project will examine spatial and temporal patterns
of evapotranspiration across a range of savanna landscapes.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage the field
measurement program and in close consultation with project
managers, coordinate field activities, undertake data management
